Jennifer McCoy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Mayor Jennifer McCoy, Councilmembers Lucia Butler, Tammy Baughman, Tem. James Warren, Interim City Secretary Sunshine Alcorta and Code  Tanya Conner, Mayor Pro  Works Director Eric Clark and citizen William Ellis and Michael Orsak. Enforcement Tambara Farrell, Public  Absent: Councilmember Randy McCoy.  The Pledge of Allegiance was followed by the invocation given by Mayor Pro Tem. James Warren.  B. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGULAR AGENDA  Citizen Michael Orsak discussed possibly widening Pilgrim Street. Discuss, Consider, and Possibly Take Action Regarding:  1. Councilmember Tammy Baughman made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Tanya Conner, to allow the Mayor to inquire with grant writer companies regarding possible grant opportunities. Vote: 4-0 3.
