CALLTO ORDER, PLEDGE, AND INVOCATION  Mayor Jennifer McCoy called the meeting to order at 2:04 a.m. James Warren, Councilmember Tammy Baughman, Sunshine  Present: Mayor Jennifer McCoy, Councimembers Lucia Butler arrived late at 2:10, Randy McCoy,  Mayor Pro Tem  Alcorta, and citizen Tanya Conner.  Absent: Councilmember Chuck Conner.  The Pledge of Allegiance was followed by the invocation given by Mayor Pro Tem James Warren.  B. PUBLIC COMMENTS No Public comments. SPECIAL ACTION ITEMS Election.  Discuss, Consider, and Possibly Take Action Regarding:  1. Canvass the votes of the May 4, 2024, General Election, and approving Ordinance 05152024 Canvassing the The council reviewed the tally sheets from Early Voting and Election Day. Councilmember Randy McCoy made a motion, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem. James Warren to accept the canvassing of the votes and to Councilmember Place 1 Mail-In Early' Voting Election Day Provisional Total Votes  approve Ordinance 05152024 Canvassing the Election. Vote 4-0 unanimously.
