QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 9, 2016 4:00P.M. ATTENDANCE: President Thomas B. Willis,Jr., Commissioner. J. Michael Bowell, Commissioner George L. Willis, Jr. motioned to open the meeting at 4:00 p.m. Commissioner Plumbo seconded. Vote: Aye-3 Nay-0. OPEN DISCUSSION: Joe Kelkowski- - Dudley Avenue should be left open and need another speed bump. Commissioner Plumbo - SHA did a study on Del Rhodes and Main Street and looking into. Margie Lantz - Royal Farms truck: stop - she has been putting up with diesel smells and has called Royal Farms office quite ai few times. At 4:00 a.m. they were power washing the parking lot that made an awful noise, garbage pickup at! 5:00: a.m. in morning and called corporate office again. We do have a noise ordinance. President Willis asked Town Attorney Brynja Booth to write a letter to corporate office of Royal Farms to let them know they are in violation of noises and there are signs there that say Overnight Parking Prohibited, Violators Will Be Towed At Vehicle Owners Expense and Please Be Considerate Of Your Neighbors, No Idling. Bunky Luffman of Governor's Hogan Office stopped in to introduce himself. Betty White - How much would it cost to hire someone from the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office? Ifthey are hired on a regular basis, they don't get paid if they don't show up. Commissioner Bowell -I Iti is very expensive.
