Johnson, Dan Sefick of Zelenkofske Axelrod, LLC, and Stephanie Stohon, Michael Lamb of Wessel and Co. to go over the draft copy of the County FY2019 Single External Audit. The auditors commended the Commissioners on1 the strong financial position of the county andi there were no findings. Alsoi ina attendance for the meeting were Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator and County Auditors Penny Michael Lamb, Wessel & Co., updated the Commissioners on the CARES Act County Relief Grant application and Motion by Commissioner Bunch to pass Resolution 7 of 2020 requesting the COVID-19 County Relief Block Grant of $1,312,188 from DCED and designate Stuart Ulsh, Chair Commissioner and Lisa McConahy, County Chief Clerk as the officials to execute: all documents and agreements between the County of Fulton and DCED in obtaining the Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve and authorize Commissioner Ulsh to sign the DCED Covid-19 County Motion by Commissioner Bunch to accept the engagement letter from Zelenkofske.
