We will be finishing the line painting in July. 3.JTP Basketball Court Resurfacing: 4.Golf Tournament: The annual Golf Tournament was held on June 26th at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club. The coordinators of the annual tournament is Sunbury Generation LP, Hummel Station LLC and INSA. There were (17) teams that participated and (23) sponsors ofv varying types and monetaryamounts for the event. The project will be out to bid in. July and with the opening of bids in August. 5.2 2024 Streets Program: 6.11th Avenue Property: The propertyi is now vacant and is scheduled to be cleaned this week. There will be some painting and touch up type work, the new sewer connection, and any legal work left on properties, before marketing the property. Water /Sewer Related 1.1 Training: Brady &. Josh attended a water disinfection continuing education class on. June 4th in Bloomsburg. This training will count (6) hours towards their required training to maintain their water operator licenses. Officials from PennDOT have offered to attend 1. The overpass (bridge) at Cortland Drive in regard to the type lighting and pedestrian areas will need to be finalized in the next couple of months. The bridge crossingi is scheduled to open when the main corridor of CSVT is opened in late 2027. The bridge maintenance (snow removal) and lighting costs will be the responsibility of the Borough upon completion through an agreement with PennDOT. The bridge itself will be owned by PennDOT and any major maintenance items will be done by their departments. The remaining 2. Route 61 overpass will be closed for about (6) months for a full replacement beginning in 2028. All traffic crossing the Veterans Bridge from Sunbury to Selinsgrove 11&15 will be diverted towards Baldwin Blvd to the 3. There will be a third traffic lane added from near the existing Kulp's garage to the interchange at the 61 4. The Borough will have another signaled intersection between Baldwin Blvd and gth Avenue. This will be an additional signal to our signaling network. We will also be required to take over the signal at the existing 11& 15 split, which now share with PennDOT. When finished we will have (5) total intersection to insure and at future council meeting to review and finalize their design alternatives.
