Planning Commission Minutes - December 6, 2023  PRESENT: Chairwoman Nancy Moore and Members: Ed Andrulonis and. Joe Becker  ABSENT: STAFF:  Members: Diane Bernardo and David Volpe  Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer, Zac Lawhead; Interim City Manager, Chris Nasuti; City Solicitor, Toni Cherry; and Administrative Secretary Korbi Slocum  Ther meeting was called to order at 4:20 p.m. by Planning commission Chairwoman, Nancy  Moore. Tabled. New Business:  Approval of Minutes - November 1, 2023  bpwsonlatcomakiton of 114 and 116 Robinson: Street  Surveyor Greg Caldwell explained, "This isa ar minor ubdwsonconsolaation for Furuto at 116 Robinson Street. The objective is tos sub-divide 81 feet from 116 Robinson Street and consolidate it to 114 Robinson Street. It's cut and dry. There were noi issues in the field." Nasuti stated, "Both properties still meet the ordinance for width area, lot size and: setbacks. Directing her comment to Caldwell, Chairwoman Moore said, "Plus,you just told me they can pull down from the alley to park."
