The City of Cresson has received a request from Colby Kreutzer of Kreutzer Investments LLC: for a variance of Chapter 30, Article VII, Section 30-291 oft the Cresson Zoning Ordinance regarding required parking spaces for "other office or professional business".  The proposed use is Golf Car Manufacturing and Storage.  1. Hold Public Hearing  2. Consider and act to approve or disapprove the zoning variance.  C.Consider and act on the approval of the minutes of the city council meeting held on. June 9,  2024.    VII.
