A temporary crossing had been installed at Hall Park. Mr. Grandberry discussed directors for new Municiple Utilities District. These directors could not be an alderman from town. The names of these five people should be turned in as soon as possible. Eight names were submitted by council to call and ask if they would serve as a director.
