Mayor dispensed with regular order of business and ask Mr. Caldwell if he would like to discuss Mr. Caldwell discussed increasing gas rate in town to correspond to Beaumont rates. This increase would amount to an average of five cents per day per family. Several copies of the new ordinance was left for the Council to study. No action taken at this time. Treasurer's report - There is $5,545.76 in Savings & Loans; $891.21 in the bank; and Mayor Hall reported that he had contacted Jerry Tucker in Pinewood concerning their Mayor Hall will order samples of traffic tickets trying to get a more simplified form. Hansen reported receiving reports on water Davis, Covington, that we give Jefferson County Mosquito Control permission to spray over town.
