Mr. Nasutis statedt that he wantedt to clarify that we dor noth have ane exclusive contract with Comcast. The contract isf for the use oft the City's rights-of-way. Any cable company wanting to operate int the City of DuBois will ber required to carry outas similara agreement. Also, the Franchise Feei is5 5% oft the gross revenues for use oft the city'sr rights of way. We dor not geta breakdown oft ther number ofc customers int the quarterly invoice. The invoice tabulates thei total revenue only. Ther most currently quarterly Franchise Feei is $29,520.29. The Franchise Fees are received into the General Fund. There are no' "earmarked" projects associated with the Franchise #11. Dedication of waterline on Chestnut Avenue from 14th Streett to Oklahoma Cemetery Road Rusty Gates Apartments has constructed: an 8-inch waterlinei int the right-of-way for Chestnut Avenue. They! have requested that the City of DuBois accept the dedication oft this waterline. I Mr. Trzyna askedf for the time ont the Public Hearing; Mayor Walsht told them 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
