Although, shel believes Sandy Township's position! has always been, as small majority, the Boardo of Supervisors has never been ins support of consolidation; inf fact, actively working against it. Reasinger clarified that thes state willr not defendt the voters int this situation. Cherry statedt that thes state Cherry statedt that this has not happenedi in very many citiesi in Pennsylvania, the last time was in1 19941 in Reasinger clarified with Sam Mollicat that Sandy Township only has $10,000 to $15,000 for defense. Cherry saids $10,000 to $15,0001 from an attorney out of Harrisburg? This should bes settled. She doesn't believe itv willg gett tol litigation. She! believes they will want to do discoveryt to determine how big ofac deal itv will be. She'llj just have tov wait until theys geti inf front oft thej judge.
