Other Council Members present were: Jim Aughenbaugh, Shane Dietz, Shannon Gabriela and City Controller, David Volpe. Also present were: Acting City Manager/City! Engineer/Public Work Director, Chris Nasuti; Redevelopment. Authority Director/Assistant: Public Works Superintendent, Joe Mitchell; Code! Enforcement/Zoning: Officer,Zac  Lawhead; Police Chief, Blaine Clark; and Finance Officer, DeLean Shepherd.  Absent: Mayor Edward! L. Walsh  Vice President of Council, Counciiwoman Bernardo announced that an Executive Session was held on Saturday, May 13,2 2023, in Council Chambers forap personnel matter; no action was taken. We willl have an update ont the Forensic Financial Analysis, we did get a recommendation from DCED to use a consultant that isE Boyer and Ritter, LLC.
