Other Council Members present were: Jim Aughenbaugh, Diane Bernardo, Shane Dietz, and Shannon Gabriel. Also present were: Interim City! Manager/City Engineer/Public' Work Director, Chris Nasuti; City Solicitor, Toni Cherry; Redevelopment Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joel Mitchell; Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer, Zac Lawhead; Police Chief, Blaine Clark; and Finance Officer, DeLean Interim City Manager Nasuti read down through the agenda items; thei following are items Councilwoman Gabriel asked ifv wel had to have Sandy Township input on who were hire; Nasuti New Dumpster Hours begin Wednesday, May 4, 2023 @ 7a.m. -7p.m. @ City Garage Wanted tos specify that the dumpster is only available at the garage the first Wednesday of each Councilwoman Bernardo would like a comment period added tot the agenda for Council. Councilwoman Gabriel would like an update on Community Days added tot the agenda.  Shepherd. Joel Mitchell would talk about Community Days. Councilwoman Gabriel stated he is the one here fromt the Fire Department. Councilwoman Bernardo asked Mitchell what his title for Community Days. Mitchell answered that he ist the Chairman of Community Days. Jackson asked if Council will be itemizing the! bills that arel being paidI like Sandy Township does. Manager Nasuti stated he would get back tol her on that. Councilwoman Gabriel asked if individuals could fill out a right tol know request ift they want a copy. City Solicitor Cherry stated that they can, buts some items would be redacted ift theyi include things that are Councilwoman Gabriel mentioned the date ont the website for the agenda for the Work  confidential.
