In attendance were County Treasurer Bonnie Keefer, Denny koons/Raymond James, Fiscal Administrator Lisa Beatty and Fiscal Administrative Assistant Sue Reed. Allinf favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann to reappoint Dayton Tweedy for Secretary on the Fulton County Library Board with term expiring June 30, 2025. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Wible to retroactively approve signing a Sheriff's Department request form for physician services for an inmate. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann that the Travel Request form listed on the agenda from EMA/9-1-10 did not need approval since it was under the allowed amount fora Motion by Commissioner Hann to authorize obtaining a county credit card for Sue Reed, Fiscal Administrative Assistant in the Business Office. All in favor. Discussion was held between the Commissioners and Chief Clerk Stacey Golden in regards to the Broadband Project and monthly invoicing. Golden briefed the Commissioners on the background of the project and stated that an agreement was signed to extend completion of the final tower, located at Town Hill, by June of 2024. Golden stated she would get in touch with Mike Lamb, CPA with Wessel and Co., so that he could give a more accurate update on the financial aspect of funding of the project. Discussion was also held between the Commissioners and Chief Clerk Stacey Golden in regards to election preparedness for the General Primary on April 23, 2024. Golden explained that mail-in and absentee ballots were almost completed to send out. Golden also stated that L&A testing would be conducted on Friday, April 12, 2024.
