Blaine Clark-F Police Chief  Kudos to his department - there was a strong arm robbery and within 30 minutes they had thei individual in custody with assistance from Sandy Township. Worked out well. He then went ont to tella a story about a dog that wrappedi its collar around the owner's finger and Tax Assessments Appealed - Pointed out to Council the reassessment appeal of:  ended up stranglingi itself. Stated that Supervisor Mollica apologized fort the meeting last week. He stated that he was misinformed, he was told that the meeting he was invited toy was NOTI illegal.
