Motion by Commissioner Hann to hire Glenn Winegardner as a Per Diem employee to be able to substitute in all departments and to keep his hourly rate the same, effective Commissioners met with Eric Weisbrod, in his capacity as the Co-Chairman of the Bedford-Fulton Joint Recreational Authority and Paul. Johnston to discuss the TOPP (The Old PA Pike Trail). Weisbrod presented a Letter of Support addressed to DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) asking the Commissioners to sign showing their support of the application to fund the Old PA Pike Trail to begin creating a Motion by Commissioner Bunch approving execution of the Letter of Support addressed to DCNR presented by Eric Weisbrod and Paul Johnston with the Bedford- Fulton Joint Recreational Authority showing their support in the application to fund the Old PA Pike Trail to being development of a tourism attraction. All ini favor. Commissioners met with Elect IT President Nelson Witmer and Elect IT employee Rick Grissinger to discuss security measures for county technology equipment as part of standard procedure. Commissioners asked Grissinger to gather more information and Commissioners met with Fulton County Food Basket Director Sue Cubbage for a meet and greet and to discuss a grant opportunity. Commissioners gave a verbal approval for Commissioners met with County Treasurer Bonnie Mellott Keefer to discuss operations in the Treasurer's Office. Keefer stated that her office would continue to oversee the Commissioners met with Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville for further discussions on the Band Shell in the McConnell Park.
