Julia Dovey regarding the Medical Assistance Transportation Program. Motion by Commissioner McCray authorizing Chairman Ulsh to accept a vendor contract by and between the County of Fulton and Fulton County Family Partnership Inc. for Medical Assistance Transportation with an approved flat rate of $36.00 per trip effective July1, 2018-June 30, 2019. Allin Motion by Chairman Ulsh to appoint thet following to a one-year term on the Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance (TMCA) Committee: Commissioner Representative-larry Lynch; Fulton Human Services-Julia Dovey; Children & Youth-Christine McQuade. The Commissioners along with Stanley Kerlin, County Solicitor met with some individuals from the  Children & Youth Office.    Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter Executive Session at 10:50 a.m. to discuss Personnel Matters. All Motion by Commissioner Exit Executive Session at 1:00 p.m. All in favor. No action was taken. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to authorize signatures on the Certification Statement fori the County Children & Youth Social Service Program for the period ofJ July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018. Alli int favor. Motion by Commissioner Uish approving endorsement oft the Purchase Service Agreement between the County of Fulton and Appalachian Youth Services Inc. effective.
