220  City Council Meeting Minutes - November 21, 2022  City Council Chambers, City Building, 16 West Scribner, Avenue, DuBois, Pennsylvania on Monday, November 21, 2022 @ 61 p.m.; Council convened at their regular City Council Meeting with Mayor Walshi int the Chair. Other Council Members present were: Diane Bernardo, James Aughenbaugh, Shane Dietz, and Shannon Gabriel. Also present were: City Manager, John "Herm"! Suplizio; City Solicitor, Toni Cherry; City EngineerPublicWorks Director, Chris Nasuti; Redevelopment Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joel Mitchell; and City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer. Ther meeting was calledt to order at 6p p.m. andi the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor  Walsh. Work Session Meeting Minutes - November 17,2022  Registry of Invoices  Public Comments Nol Public Comments  Authorization to advertise for a design consultant for thel Brady Street & Park Avenue Engineer Nasuti statedt that we worked with Sandy ont this grant for DuBois at Brady and Park; for Sandy at Maple and Shaffer. Councilwoman Bernardo askedi if they had looked intol horizontal lights. Nasuti confirmed they are looking intoi it. The motion was made by Gabriel and seconded by Aughenbaughi that Council authorize advertising fora a design consultant for the Brady Street & Park. Avenue traffic sign Green-Light Gop project.
