Also present were: City Manager, John "Herm" Suplizio; City Solicitor, Toni Cherry; Redevelopment: Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joe Mitchell;  Police Chief, Blaine Clark and City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer.
