WALKER AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED. MS. WALMSLEY  ABSTAINED DUE NOT BEING PRESENT ATTHE. APRIL MEETING  RATIFICATION OF BILLS  Mr. Chintalapalli reviewed the ratification ofbills payable for April 30th, 2024 and found them in good and proper ON AMOTION: MADE BY MS. WALKER AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE  order  RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  PUBLIC COMMENTS: OLD BUSINESS:  THERE WERE NOI PUBLIC COMMENTS  A. ALLEGHENY LEAD SAFE HOMES ACCEPT ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM PADOH Request authorization to accept additional $175,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) to be used for the. Allegheny Lead Safe Homes Program and added to the ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. WALMSLEY AND: SECONDED BY MS. WALKER THE  AND. AMEND CONTRACT current $825,000 contract  ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED    B. - BRADDOCK BUSINESS COMMUNITY INITIATIVE  Request authorization to increase the contract amount with Russell General Contracting, LLC, ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. WALMSLEY AND SECONDED BY MS. WALTON,  not to exceed $1,527,230.42  THE. ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED ASI PRESENTED  C.A ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM(AVPRP)  Request authorization to re-approve a resolution related to the Allegheny Vacant Property ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. WALKER AND SECONDED BY MS. WALMSLEY,  Recovery Program for various properties  THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS. APPROVED AS PRESENTED  NEW: BUSINESS:  A. REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY-APPOINTMENTOF  DIRECTOR ofAllegheny County  Request authorization to appoint Lauren Connelly as Director oft the Redevelopment Authority ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. WALKER. AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON,  THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  B. REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNT-APPONIMENTO:  DEPUTY DIRECTOR Authority of Allegheny County  Request authorization to appoint Simone McMeans as Deputy Director of the Redevelopment ON A MOTION MADE BY MS.
