Mr. Volker Reiss stated that he wanted to read into the record the. request for à reduction from one of the property owners, Carol Stable, who wanted the fine reduced to the minimum, of $2,500. and to have 9 months to pay the fine, The total fine is $11,625 and the city is fine. with the minimum reduction.
