According to Alan Odom from Premier Metalwerks, LLC, the moisture is coming from the original wall that does not cover down to the bottom of the basement. There is approximately 24 inches exposed soil between the wall and the floor. The letter is requesting confirmation if Lipscomb County Thursday April 11, 2024 PRPC is having tabletop exercises in Borger, TX. Maintenance Agreement for a one-year period beginning March 11, 2024 for a sum of $600.00 per trip for routine yearly maintenance with repairs and calls being $300.00 per hour.
