John Hutcheson, the April 11, 2024 minutes were approved.  Doug Renz = 605 Murray Hill Drive - Docket 29-HPC:  Due to storm damage to the duplex, Mr. Renz presented his request to re-build the brick retaining wall with red brick with wood fence atop the wall, replace % of roofwith 3-tab black shingles, raise the porch and rebuild posts, re-screen with same siding and storm door, replace all 14 windows with JELD-WEN single On motion by Jeff Granillo, second by Liz Caperton, the application was approved as presented.
