Amendment to Section 4.5F(2) Major revision to a Planned Unit Development District The intent is to include specific criteria in what constitutes a minor or major revision to al Planned Unit Development District. Amendment to Section 4.31 D. Minimum side yards in an R-3z zoning classification. Amendment to Section 4.3D. - Minimum lot widths in an R-3: zoning classification. IV.
