Member Monica Rasco ABSENT Member Justin Camp Member Elizabeth Maurer PUBLIC COMMENTS  PRESENT  Public Comments were offered by Kristen Weaver not in support of a public restroom at Creekside Park,  stating it is not a good use of public funds.  CONSENT AGENDA  1. Approval of Regular Parks and Recreation Board Meeting Minutes From  February 15, 2024.  Motion was made by Member Rasco to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Motion  was seconded by Member Denton. A roll call vote was held. Voting Yea:  Chairperson Gilbert, Vice-Chairperson Abney, Member Denton, Member Rasco  Motion Passed: 4-0-0. Discuss and Take Possible Action On Single Stall ADA Permanent Public Restroom At  Creekside Park.  Motion was made by' Vice-Chairperson Abney that the Panel recommends that Council Member Hambrick takes the points from their discussion on formal bathroom versus a portable restroom to Council and explains our take on both options.
