Mayor Chris Bahlman called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. and a quorum was established. In attendance were Bahlman, Mayor Pro-Tem Jimmy Butler, Alderman Mike Neal, Alderman Wesley Hagle, Alderwoman Ida Rodriguez, Alderwoman Ursula Estrada, and City Administrator Nate Smith. Consider and take possible action on items discussed in Executive Session. Alderwoman Ida Rodriguez mage a motion to appoint the firm of Messer Fort, PLLC, as outside counsel for Tax Abatement Services, second by Mayor Pro-Tem Jimmy Butler.
