(3) On 11-26-86 a Traffic Accident was reported involving a School Bus and Two School Children. (The parents refused to file charges) (4) On 11-26-86 J. Whitmyer reported that a School Bus driver had removed one of the Road Blocks on riverbend and drove thru the water with a Bus load of Children, resulting in a near Accident. 23"ofwwA7C 6n Roidl (5) On 11-27-86 Mr. Savoy reported that someone had entered the sewer plant and had turned all of the valves off, causing the plant to shut down. (6) On 12-1-86 a fight was reported at the Oak Crest Trailer Court. Child Welfare was notified by the Trailer Court Manager due to the condition of the subjects trailer. (Two Children were mee living in the Trailer) (7) The Marshals Patrol car was out of service for three days to have front end work done on it. (8) The following cases are under investigation: (a) Trash Dumping in the City (b) Sewer Plant Incident (9) On 12-13-86 someone in a Light Blue Ford pick-up put large ruts in the middle of the Pipe Line right of way between Yellowstone and Sweetgum.
