Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting oft the City Council on the 26th day of JUNE 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at which time business will be conducted in accordance with Texas Government Code  551 as follows: Opening Agenda  1. Call Special City Council meeting to order 2. Call Roll and establish quorum is present 3. Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge  4. Prayer  5. Citizen Comments: At this time, comments will be taken from the audience on any subject matter. To address the Council, please sign the Opinion/Speaker Registration Form located on the table at the entrance of the meeting room and deliver to the City Secretary before the meeting begins. Should there be more than five (5) people who wish to speak on a particular issue it is requested that they select one (1) representative to speak fort them. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Council may not discuss or take action on any item which has not been posted on the agenda. Citizens are to refrain from any personal attacks on the council or any member of the staff. Failure to abide by these policies could result in a charge  of disorderly conduct. Executive Session  6.
