REGULAR: SESSION May2 23, 2024 PAGE1  Notice is hereby given that an Emergency Meeting was held on May 23, 2024, at the Garrison City Hall. Members present were Mayor Keith Yarbrough, Arnie Kelley, Darrell Lunsford, Travis Simon, Tim Wright and Hope Hallmark. Others present were. Jack Brown, Herbert Hancock, and. Jenny Frederick.  Mayor Yarbrough called the meeting to order at 5:01 P.M.  Jack Brown led in prayer. Government Code 551.074.  The council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 P.M. to discuss personnel matters per Texas  Council reconvened to open session at 6:45 P.M.  Travis Simon made a motion to adjourn.
