DISCUSSION, AND ACTION EDC Project 1 Replacing Entrance on HWY 94 (3458 Ted Trout Dr.). Discussion: Mayor Robert Smith said EDC approved Project 1 to widen and replace entrance on Hwy 94. A permit was obtained from TxDot. Action.: Mayor Pro Tem George Knight moved approve EDC Project 1 Replacing Entrance on HWYS 94. Councilmember Terry Taliaferro seconded. the Motion. Hudson' Volunteer Fire Department-Hawk Ornduff 1. Monthly Fire Report - See Report 2. Calendar of Events - Mike Smith reported that the Haunted house will be open every Friday and Saturday in October with the exception of Halloween week, which will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Attendance record was broken in the first weekend. b. Hudson Police Department- 1. Monthly Dispatch Report-s See Report 8. COMMENTS - James Freeman, City Administrator has a goal to be in the new building after November 1st. 9. ADJOURN Councilmember Terry Taliaferro moved to adjourn the meeting.
