PUBLIC NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING GENEVA COUNTY COMMISSION  OF  Pursuant to the recent Order of the State Health Officer Suspending Certain Public Gatherings Due to Risk of Infection by COVID-19 and Section 11-3-8, Code of Alabama, as amended, I, as Chair of the Geneva County Commission, hereby call an emergency meeting of the Geneva County Commission. Notice is hereby given that the Geneva County Commission, shall hold a emergency public meeting in the Main Courtroom at the Geneva County Courthouse in the City of Geneva, at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020, for the purpose of considering extending the closing of the Geneva County Courthouse and other County buildings and facilities to the Public and considering administrative leave for County employees.  The meeting shall be open to the public.
