City ofHudson Council Meeting Minutes  City Council of the City of Hudson, Texas, met in regular session Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the City Hall Council Room, 3458 Ted Trout Dr., Hudson, Texas, at 3:00p.m.  1. Call to Order 2. Invocation 3. Quorum Check  Mayor Robert Smith called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.  Mayor Robert Smith gave thei invocation.  Quorum Check was called by City Secretary Cheryl Everett.  Aquorum was present: Taliaferro via phone. Absent (at Quorum Check): Other City Officials present: James Freeman, City Administrator Cheryl Everett, City Secretary Rodney McCarty, Public Works Director Other City Employees present: Jimmy Casper, Police Chief Other City Affiliates present:  Councilmembers: Juan Ramos, Phil Adkison, Sherry Hellwig and Terry  Hawk Ornduff, Hudson Volunteer Fire Department Other Guests present: (as per Sign In Sheet) Donna Smith, Rachella Massey  4. DISCUSSION AND. ACTION to approve Minutes from previous Council Meetings.  Discussion:  Action: Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison moved to approve Minutes of the December 09, 2021 Council meeting. Councilmember Juan Ramos seconded the motion. Four (4) for and none (0) opposed- - Motion  Passed  5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION to Adopt the Ordinance for a City Election.  Discussion:  Action: Councilmember Juan Ramos moved to Adopt the Ordinance fora a City Election. Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison seconded the motion. Discussion: James Freeman, City Administrator presented the changes tot the RV Park Ordinance will be 1). All concrete 2). Fencing all around the park 3). No Hearing and there is a clause that the council can make additional Action: Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison moved to Amend the RV Park Ordinance. Councimember Sherry Hellwig seconded the motion. Four (4) for and none (0) opposed. - Motion Passed  requirements if necessary.  7. DISCUSSION AND ACTION to approve Resolution Designating Signatories.  Discussion:  Action: Councimember Sherry Hellwig moved to approve the Resolution Designating Signatories. Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison seconded the motion.
