Call to Order 2. Invocation 3. Quorum Check Mayor Robert Smith called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m. Mayor Robert Smith gave the invocation. Quorum Check was called by City Secretary Cheryl Everett. A quorum was present: Councilmembers: Juan Ramos, Phil Adkison, Sherry Hellwig, Rachella Massey and Terry Taliaferro via phone. DISCUSSION AND ACTION to approve Minutes from previous Council Meetings. Action: Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison moved to approve Minutes oft the February 17,2022 Council meeting and February 18,2022 Special Called Meeting. Councilmember Sherry Hellwig seconded the motion.
