Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for April 11, 2024. Motion was made by Council Member Hershman and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to consider, Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden ands seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to approve  Records.  No Action Taken  discuss, and take possible action on approving the purchase of 2 new tires for the City Tractor. the purchase of2t tractor tires for the city tractor with at total expense cap of $2,000.
