CiyofChillicothe Minutes of Regular City Council Meeting  June 3rd, 2024  Mayor Cathy Young called the Regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, and a quorum  was declared present, with the following members present:  Councilmembers: Randy Stidham, Monica Vidaurri, Bradley Fisher, and Delores Flores. Absent Jason Staff Present: Police Chief Shane Vandiver and Secretary and Tax Collector Michelle Stovall. Councilmember Vidaurri led the group in thel Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. flag  Richter.  Public Present: None  Councilmember Stidham gave thei invocation.  PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENTAGENDA  None.  Councilmember Stidham made ar motion to approve the Consent Agenda Items A through C as follows:  A. Approve Minutes: Attached are copies of the minutes of the Regular City Council meeting held on  Monday May 6, 2024.  B. Approve. Financial Statement for May 2024 C. Approve Bills for payment received sincel May Ist, 2024  Seconded by Councilmember Fisher 4 Yes None Against Motion Carried  DEPARTMENT REPORTS  Firel Department 3Calls, Structure fire at 1211 Avel M with 81 firefighters and 151 man hours, Allsups for a child locked in a car with at total of4 firefighters and 2 man hours and a structure firel behind Chillicothe Hospital with 10 Police Department - Traffic stops May 132 with at total of 150 Citations and 0 Warnings. OTraffic accidents. 164 total calls for service, 37 Dispatch, 20 City Hall, 88 Citizen IO Other agency Assists 9 Motorist Assist. 11 City Public Works Fort the month of April, we read meters. Repaired a leak on. Ave P. Had DLQLR Reports due sO filed the reports. Problem on. Avel M and gth but our sewer main was running fine. Electrician came to install a part but! hadt the wrong part so he willl be back when the right part comes in. Cleaned out the drying beds. Repaired the bathroom att the pool and water sealed the pool benches. Pooll looks good and is ready for water.  firefighters and at total of 101 hours.  Ordinance contact with 0 citation and 11 warning. 0 impounds. Wel had a CJIS Audit inl May.  Rolling Plains/Nortex Nortex meeting will be on1 the 20th of. June 2024. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL HIRING GARY MCINTYRE FOR PART TIME SUMMER Motion was made by Councilmember Stidham to put back on agenda after the current summer helpl leaves.  HELP. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL TURNING IMPOUND LOT OVER TO TDP  PERFORMANCE.  Motion was made by Councilmember Fsiher to turn impound lot over to TDP Performance.
