Polk Street (Old Bealls Building) and 102 E. Polk Street (Kroeger Strip Center): The board discussed the demolition bid received from Maynard Construction Services. To demo both buildings, the total would be $85,560.00. Board Member Mary Jane Shanes made a motion to approve the demolition and demolition costs.
