Call Meeting to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.  2. Roll Call: City Secretary Roxann Pullin provided the roll call with Mayor Williams, noting a quorum of the following Council members Present: 1)Council Member Joyce Wolfe, 2) Council Member Beverly Felts, 3) Council Member Kim Schlichting, 4) Mayor Pro-Tem Erika Gonzales. Excused absence: Council  Member Mike Hale 3. Council Discussion/Action:  a. Gin and Santa Clara Roads - Discussion and consideration and/or action by the City Council ofNew Berlin, Texas regarding interlocal agreement with Guadalupe County for Gin and Santa Clara roads. Mayor Williams introduced this item to the council. Council Member Joyce Wolfe motioned to approve. Council Member Kimberly Schlichting seconded the motion. The vote of5-0.
