In-person at the Casner Room, located at Marfa City Hall, 113 S. The meeting shall be open to the public at all times during which subjects are discussed, considered or formally acted upon as required by Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Government Code. This Notice of Meeting and Agenda in detail was posted at least 72 hours prior to the beginning of said meeting in a location at City Hall readily accessible to  Highland, Marfa, Texas.  the public at all times and ont the website www.ctyofmartia.cm/meetings  1) Call thel Meeting to order and establish aquorum.  2) Pledge ofA Allegiance. 3) Citizen Comment Period.  Att this time, any person may address the Council for al limited time concerning any matter and should limit their remarks to a period of three minutes. The Council is not allowed toi take action on any subject presented, nor is the Council required top provide any response. As allowed in Texas Attorney General Opinion KP-0300, all public comments should be presented  during this citizen comment period.
