255  Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners Tuesday, October 3, 2023 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office  AEAS  DE  Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Guests: Fulton County Resident Carolyn Kerlin; Gillian McGoldrick- Philadelphia Inquirer Chairman Ulsh opened the meeting with silent prayer and all recited the Pledge of Allegiance to Commissioner Ulsh opened up thet floor for Public Comments. Resident Carolyn Kerlin questioned the Commissioners about attorney fees associated with the ongoing litigation with the Dominion Voting Machines. Gillian McGoldrick questioned the Commissioners as well on litigation matters. Commissioner Ulsh asked Ms. McGoldrick if she was video recording the meeting to which she stated she was. A copy of the video recording was requested by Commissioner Ulsh. Kerlin also asked what the intentions oft use were for the prior DSS Law building that the county purchased, Commissioner Ulsh responded that the intentions were to use it for the new District Attorney's Office but also stated that it wasn't official and that the Motion by Commissioner Shives to amend the October 3, 2023 Agenda to reflect adding the following: Purchase of Service Agreement with Community Specialist Corporation-New Outlook Academy, CYS Non-Placement Purchase of Service.
