AL brief Retirement Board Meeting was held with Conrad Siegel for an Annual Review of Services for Children Director Christine McQuade was listed on the agenda but did not Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve the 15-year ZITO Business Co-Location Agreement between the County of Fulton and Zito Media Communications, LLC made on April 24, 2024 and also the First Amendment to Existing Technical Services Agreement #2 between the County of Fulton and Zito Media communications, LLC executed on November 23, 2021. Zito's Amendment consideration states: "The county shall invoice $150/month for power service and rack space. Zito shall also increase the county's current internet from current 200Meg to 1Gig Dedicated Internet Access. Concurrent with thei increase, Zito will amend existing TSA2, waiving Chief Clerk Stacey Golden gave an update on the Farmland Preservation Board Meeting stating that the Policy and By-Laws requires that the board consist of seven members and currently there are eight. Golden stated that one member stepped down in order to comply which required some changes to appointments and the resolution. Golden noted that she was updating the Policy & By-Laws for approval at the state board meeting on June 13, 2024 sO that it will be in place when farmers are chosen for the program. The program is also up for recertification by December 31, 2024, as required Motion by Commissioner Hann to appoint Lauren Mosemann as "Member at Large" from "Farmer" on the Fulton County Agricultural Land Preservation Board to comply with Section 4, "County Board By-Laws',stating that the board shall be composed of seven (7) members to include three Farmers, two Members at Large, one Elected Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and execute the RKL Audit Invoice for preparation of audited financial statements for year ended December 31, 2023, in the Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve and execute the Wessel and Co.
