May 1,2024  ELECTION BOARD MEETING  Ai meeting of the Elk County Board of] Election was held May 1, 2024 at 10:07 AM at the Elk County Courthouse Annex Building, Conference Room #2. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were. Election Board Chairperson M. Fritz Lecker and members Matthew Quesenberry and Greg Gebauer, Kimberly S. Frey, Director of Elections/Voter Registrations, Sue Milliard, Deputy Director ofElections/Voter Registration. Approval of Agenda: Agenda for 05-01-2024 Meeting was presented. M. Fritz Lecker motioned to approve Agenda, Matthew Quesenberry seconded, MOTION PASSED Approval of Minutes from April 26, 2024: Motion to Approve Minutes as written was made Count any remaining Military, Provisional Ballots, etc.: There were no ballots to count. A Motion was made to approve the Election Results as is, made by Greg Gebauer, seconded by Disscuss Election Issues: M. Fritz Lecker would like it to bel known the results will be posted on the website. M. FritzLecker would also like to discuss consolidating Highland and James City and Lamont and Wilcox. Director Frey explained that the process is extensive and costly and the County would not realize any savings in the consolidation for more than 5 years. This First signing of the Election Results is today. Reports will now read Official Election Results to be uploaded to the County Website. Second signing will occur in 5 business days, May 7,2024 Motion to adjourn by Matthew Quesenberry, seconded by M. Fritz Lecker, Motion PASSED  by Greg Gebauer, seconded by M.
