May 23, 2024 Meeting Minutes  Office of the County of Elk Commissioners  Elk County, Ridgway, PA  The County ofE Elk Commissioners met on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Johnsonburg Public Library. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Those present were Commissioners M. Fritz Lecker and Matthew G. Quesenberry. Also present were Rick Brown, Solicitor; Patrick Straub, ChiefClerk; Emily Anders, Office Administrator; Calvin Moore, IT Director; Melinda Lewis, Johnsonburg Public Library Director; Al Maletto, Johnsonburg Borough Manager; Rich Warmbrodt, Guest; and Marilyn Secco, Press. She stated the room was used by Domtar for meetings and the public for events such as the Big Foot Talk on June 6. M. Fritz Lecker and Matthew. J. Quesenberry presented the library a ARPA Grant in the amount of $45,000 tol be used for the second story renovations.  RESOLUTIONS-NA OLD] BUSINESS-N/A NEW BUSINESS  1.
