May 23, 2024 Meeting Minutes Office of the County of Elk Commissioners Elk County, Ridgway, PA The County ofE Elk Commissioners met on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Johnsonburg Public Library. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Those present were Commissioners M. Fritz Lecker and Matthew G. Quesenberry. Also present were Rick Brown, Solicitor; Patrick Straub, ChiefClerk; Emily Anders, Office Administrator; Calvin Moore, IT Director; Melinda Lewis, Johnsonburg Public Library Director; Al Maletto, Johnsonburg Borough Manager; Rich Warmbrodt, Guest; and Marilyn Secco, Press.
