Housing-What can be done to provide affordable housing for residents? - Merry. Jennings Merry Jennings addressed the Council withl her conçerns regarding affordable housing. Discussion ensued with Brian Phipps with People, Incorporated; Mark Adams with Abingdon Redevelopment and Housing Authority; Shana Carrico, and Demas Boudreaux, Government Relations Manager at Virginia Housing providing valuable information including the housing  market, grant opportunities, the Town's current zoning.
