A. Approval of the Agenda (1:10) passed unanimously, 6-0. B. New Business (3:48) Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to approve the agenda. Council Member Kahn: seconded the motion which 1. Approval of an amendment tot the Tourism Product Development Fund grant agreement for 2. Authorize the town manager to enter into a construction contract with, andi issue a Notice of Award to, Baker Grading & Landscaping for Riverside Park Expansion & Taylor's' Wave. Vice Mayor Ervin made a motion to approve the amended Tourism Development Authority grant agreement for the Woodfin Greenway and Blueway, and 2) authorize the town manager to enteri into a construction contract with Baker Grading & Landscaping int the amount of $8,790,564.59 fort the Riverside Park Expansion and Taylor's Wave Park project pending the successful execution of the amended agreement: subject to herr negotiation and approval of contractual terms with Baker, conferring with the Town Attorney and other consultants as she deems necessary. Council Member 3. Identify a Town of Woodfin Town Council: spokesperson for the park groundbreaking ceremony. Council Member Kahn made a motion to name Former Mayor Jerry VeHaun to represent the Woodfin Town Council at the groundbreaking ceremony for Taylors Wave and the Riverside Park expansion, on. June 21 at4 4:00 Mayor McAllister commented that this park project is for present and future generations and thanked Marc Hunt for his advocacy and: support for Taylor's Wave and the Riverside Park Expansion and presented him with Riverside Park Expansion & Taylor's Wave. Kahn seconded the motion which passed unanimously, 6-0. PM.
