Invocation and Pledge toi thel Flag  Thei invocation was given byl Linda Dodd and the pledge to the flag was led by members oft the Civil Air Patrol. Miss Irish Capital, Emily Emmons sang the National Anthem.  B. Proclamation - Mental Health. Awareness Month  Mayor Skip Baliles presented al Proclamation for Mental Health. Closing to occur on or before May 31, 2024. tol be drafted and approved by the City Attorney. Closing to consummate the same. Utility Enterprise Fund Capital Reserves.
