The plants have beeninstalled; there have been a couple of trees and other  waterline break filled in.  plants that have been taken due to theft.  Community Development Director Cobb updated on the following:  The first art installation has been done; the metal rose has been installed. The next couple of pieces of art will be installed in the next couple of weeks;  tile mosaic and butterfly wall.
