Adopt A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to. Accept the Kern County Fentanyl Misuse and Overdose Prevention Task Force Fund Award of Approximately $250,000.00 and Execute an Allocation Disbursement Agreement and any Amendments thereto for the Implementation Assembly Bill Number 33 Of 2023 (AB33) Fentanyl Misuse and Overdose Prevention Task Force, and Find the subject activity is not a project within the meaning of CEQA Guidelines Section  15378 and is, therefore, not subject to review under CEQA.  Reso#2024-4070 Agmt#2024-016  Oral Presentation by Chief Fivecoat.
