He also felt that green Vice Chairperson Griffin had concerns over the fence height, and felti it was important that one should be ablet tos see over the Chairperson Gates stated shev would like to see the roof of the building a softer color. Further she saidt there was zero relief for thef façade and Board Member Cowart agrees with Board Member. Johnson on many of her concerns. Het feltt that there needs to! be more texture on the surface andr more focus on color treatments. As to the streetscapel het feltt tree wells could be a good option as Chairperson Gates saidt the current placement oft the coral colori is hard to understand andf feels its should be placed ona corner instead. She also stated thatt the stair tower could possibly become af focal point. Another concern ist that the parking garage has al lot of punched openings, andi itr reads as very flat. She suggested focusing mainly on one element such ast the elevation.
