MINUTES GREENVILLE TOWN COUNCIL Regular Session, Monday February: 13, 2023, 6:00 PM CITY HALL, 154 SW OLD MISSION AVENUE, GREENVILLE, FL32331 1. Callt to Order: Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. 2. Roll Call byt thel Mayor: Mayor Brittni Brown, Vice Mayor Kathleen Hamilton, Councilmember Calvin Malone, and Councilmember Carll Livingston were present. Also Present: John Reid, Town. Attorney Attending Via Zoom: Town CEO/CFO Lee. Jones 3. Invocationand Pledge of Allegiance: Invocation was followed by the pledge ofa allegiance. 4. Reading and Approval oft the Agenda: MOTION: Vice Mayor Hamilton moved to approve the agenda; second by Councilmember Malone. Yay X X X X Nay Mayor Brown Councilmember Hamilton Councilmember Livingston Councilmember Malone Motion passed unanimously. 5. Consideration of Council Member Absences: None. Public Comments: Mrs.. Janie Miller had concerns about the dirt piled up on Poncho Street and paving of roads as well ase expressing concerns about residents that do not have sewer inside city limits. She also stated that she knew someone who was willing to help at the senior center. Mayor Brown Councilmember Malone spoke on the concerns of the Senior center as well as the Mayor addressing the concerns to the roads getting paved and the sewer for all residents. 7. Consent Agenda: January2023 Regular Session Meeting Minutes MOTION: Councilmember Malone moved to approve the consent agenda; second by Council Member Livingston. Comments by Town CEO/CFO, Town Attorney and' Town Council Town CEO/CFO Lee. Jones gave an update as follows: . MR. Jones gave updates on the Rec Park and the work thati is being done to update the park, concession II. Mr.. Jones gave an update on Haffaye Hays parks and stated that the work has been authorized and we willl be ordering a dock along with various other upgrades. Jones stated that we were receiving a 77,000 Dollar grant from the Health Dept that would be covering stands, bathrooms etc along with the newi installs that will be happening. would be one, Mr..
