Chickasaw City Council StateofAlabama Mobile, County The Chickasaw City Council met in regular session on Tuesday, May 14, at 7:00 p.m. Present were Mayor Barry Broadhead; Councilmembers Ken Sterrett, Jim Hanson, Jim Trout, JRI Rawls, Jennifer White. City Attorney Nash Campbell and City Clerk Michelle Ross attended. Councilmember Hanson gave the invocation. EXECUTIVE SESSION- Mayor Broadhead asked for an executive session. City Attorney Nash Campbell stated the reason as Pending litigation. The City Council will rise from the meeting to go into an executive session based on Alabama Code $36-25A7-3. Councilmember Rawis moved to go into Executive Session. Seconded by Councilmember Hanson.
